Key Responsibilities
Implement and support SAMPro and HAMPro
Configure software asset lifecycle, normalization, reconciliation
Manage hardware asset lifecycle (procure to retire)
Ensure license compliance and optimization
Integrate asset data with CMDB, procurement, and discovery
Create reports and dashboards
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in SAMPro and HAMPro
Understanding of software licensing and compliance models
Experience in asset lifecycle workflows
Knowledge of CMDB and ITOM integration
Scripting and customization skills
