YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our devices, including provisioning, onboarding of new joiners, and secure offboarding of leavers.
- Administer and continuously improve the macOS environment, specifically MDM standards, application deployment, and configuration management.
- Act as the primary escalation point for technical issues, performing root-cause analysis to implement long-term fixes rather than temporary workarounds.
- Maintain and improve documentation, standards, and operational runbooks to ensure consistency and scalability of IT services.
