Job Description:
The purpose of the IT Vendor Manager role is to research and recommend appropriate off‑the‑shelf technical solutions for the company's business problems. Responsibilities include managing IT vendors, monitoring vendor performance, managing subscriptions, and negotiating vendor agreements.
Responsibilities
- Research 3rd‑party software, infrastructure, and hardware solutions, according to business requirements.
- Support the Business Analysts in identifying the need for a 3rd‑party solution to a business problem.
