Overview
The IT Vendor Performance (ITVP) Operations Manager is responsible for day-to-day tasks and administration of the ITVP request system.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the request processes, ensuring all requests are accurate and data in the system is maintained
- Act as a communications liaison conveying information between departments, internal and external stakeholders, establishing and maintaining an effective working relationship with vendors and third-party entities
- Handle incoming calls/inquiries from customers, IT staff, vendors/third parties, and/or business managers using the ITVP request system
- Enter all contract requests into Ariba and collaborate with sourcing to ensure requests are processed. Review all contract documents for completeness and adherence to ITVP and organization standards prior to submitting
