We deliver high‐value technology, consulting, and corporate support services to KPMG US and its clients.ResponsibilitiesResource training and capacity building for operations roles.Manage day‐to‐day operations, product, and end‐user communication.Understand and be trained to deliver services on a Delivery Center practice with Service Levels, automation, and productivity.QualificationsMust be able to speak, read and write fluently in English and Spanish.Must pass an English evaluation scoring at least B2.Must pass a technical evaluation.Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and mobile devices.Scheduling availability.Field of study aligned with Technology or Customer Service (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, International Affairs).
