IT Trainee: Helpdesk & Tech Support Apprentice

MX09 FTE Mexicana S.A. de C.V. is looking for an IS Trainee/Apprentice in Puebla to provide first-level technical support and assist with IT infrastructure projects. Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Information Technology or a related field.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a basic understanding of computer systems, and be eager to learn. This position offers a full-time schedule as part of a fixed-term training program.
