IT Support Engineer-Tier 2
We are opening a new office in Guadalajara and looking for IT talent that can join our Tier 2 team!
At Enteracloud, we provide customers with technical solutions and top IT support that helps companies easily manage their day-to-day work operations.
Through front-to-back, on-premise, and on-cloud solutions, Enteracloud's Tier 2 team is in charge of handling IT business issues that might arise, such as risk management, data management, regulatory compliance platforms, and more.
The activities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Working with the Tier 1 team and clients to gather relevant information.
- Assist development teams from both sides to produce solutions.
- Advice the Tier1 support team with problem resolution and information queries.
- Develop product information and guidelines when a document is not available, and simplify the technical process of implementation for customers on diverse scenarios.
