Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute test cases, and validate test results.
- Coordinate testing activities with project teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Work closely with vendors, IT teams, and business users to investigate and resolve defects.
- Support root cause analysis, solution verification, and post-implementation support.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively while delivering quality outcomes.
- Take ownership of assigned testing scope and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Experience in software testing, preferably in payments (banking or financial systems).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
