Summary

The computer technician works to maintain and improve our computer equipment. He works under the daily direction and in close collaboration with the IT department.

Roles and responsibilities

• Daily support (Help desk) for employees
• Administration of the computer park
• Creation of users and groups on Active Directory
• Creation and management of users on Office 365
• Configure and update the equipment to be integrated into the network (computers, printers, etc.)
• Mount new computers
• Participate in the design of the internal network diagram
• Preventive and curative maintenance of computer equipment
• Participate in the establishment of the computer inventory database
• Participate in the establishment of a secure network
• Creation and management of a virtual machine through VMware vCenter Server
