Key Responsibilities
System administration, including server and network management.
Administration of Microsoft 365, including user and license management.
Management of Microsoft Active Directory roles and permissions.
Administration of Microsoft Teams, including setup and maintenance.
Provisioning and managing virtual machines.
Administration of WatchGuard firewall, including security policy management.
Implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborating with other IT team members to support various IT projects and initiatives.
Assisting with C# or VB coding tasks as needed (experience preferred).
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+, etc.) are a plus.
