IT Technician

We are seeking an experienced and driven IT Technician to join our dynamic IT team. This role is ideal for a technically strong individual who thrives in a fast-paced, call centre-driven environment and is confident managing complex infrastructure and support operations.

This is an on-site position based in Pretoria East.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)


• Relevant IT certifications such as A+ and N+


• Office 365 certification (essential)


• 3 to 5 years’ experience in IT support, preferably within a call centre environment

• Take ownership of the IT ticketing system, ensuring efficient prioritisation, resolution, and escalation in line with SLA requirements
