Responsibilities
- Assembly of new computer systems
- Assembly of new inverter trolley backup systems / Network Cabinets
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Telephonic support
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Knowledge of networks incl Fiber and CCTV systems
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Prioritize and manage support emails + Support tickets
- Network Support (Ruijie)
- CCTV Camera and DVR/NVR support (Uniview)
- UPS and Power backup support
