- Responsible for installation and maintenance of all IT Hardware, infrastructure, and services.
- Oversees network/server/workstation maintenance and troubleshooting, budgetary control, problem resolution, and information security.
- Develops positive relationships with vendors and ensures solutions applied are within company’s direction.
- Reviews diagnostics and assesses the functionality and efficiency of systems.
- Administrates disaster plans that keep the company functional.
- Determines rationale and methods for upgrading company network software programs each time an update is released.
