Work Location: Calle Santa Leonor, 65 (near García Noblejas metro station)

Work Model: Hybrid; Work Schedule: Office hours Monday to Friday, flexible hours and intensive schedule during summer.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening and conducting interviews.
• Manage the IT talent hub through job boards and procure the right talent by screening resumes, conducting interviews and managing databases.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to meet hiring expectations and adjust recruitment strategies.
• Establish regular communication with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process and after placement.
