The IT Systems Trainer Assistant is responsible for supporting the delivery of technology training, digital enablement, user adoption programmes, and learning administration activities across the firm. The role assists with coordinating training initiatives, developing training materials, maintaining learning resources, facilitating training sessions, and providing post‑training support to ensure employees effectively utilise the firm’s technology systems, applications, and digital workplace tools. The successful candidate will work closely with the IT Systems Trainer Team Lead to drive user adoption, improve digital capability, and support the firm’s technology transformation initiatives.
