Provides technical support and management for the hotel's information systems and IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:
Maintain and update Department Operations Manual and ensure all licenses and systems comply with Hyatt corporate IT standardsProvide technical assistance to hotel management, staff, and guests regarding IT systems, hardware, and softwareManage user accounts, implement security measures, and ensure data backup proceduresCoordinate system repairs, software updates, and project implementations as directed by global and regional IT teamsHandle system failures, rebuild corrupted data, and establish emergency procedures to maintain hotel operationsSupport internal and external audits and maintain strong professional relationships with relevant stakeholdersAttend training sessions and perform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS
