IT Systems & Infrastructure Lead

We are looking for an IT Systems & Infrastructure Lead to take ownership of our core IT environment and guide its long‑term development.

As our IT Systems & Infrastructure Lead, you'll oversee the overall architecture of servers, networks, integrations, and platforms across on‑premise, cloud, and hybrid environments. One of our main goals is to transition from on‑premise to cloud, and you'll be a key player in ensuring that our infrastructure remains functional, scalable, and aligned with business needs throughout this project.

This position is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a hands‑on mindset, and is ready to support both strategic development and operational IT tasks. The role is permanent and located at our Headquarters in Rauma. We work in a hybrid model, spending around three days a week together at the office.
