IT Systems Engineer

The Role

This is not a “keep the lights on” role.

As our IT Systems Engineer, you’ll take ownership of improving and shaping our systems; reducing recurring issues, strengthening security, and enabling the business to operate more effectively.

You’ll work closely with the IT Operations Manager and act as a senior escalation point, solving complex issues while supporting and mentoring the wider IT team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and improve system architecture (Azure, Microsoft 365, SaaS integrations)
• Act as the escalation point for complex issues, outages, and critical incidents
• Proactively monitor systems and resolve risks before they impact the business
• Support hardware rollouts, asset management, and infrastructure improvements
