IT Systems Engineer (AU Equipment Hire, Office-based)

Overview

Work Arrangement: Office-based

Location: Mega Tower, Mandaluyong

Schedule: Monday to Friday (7:00AM - 4:00PM PHT) with on-call requirement

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the IT Systems Engineering Lead, the IT Systems Engineer is responsible for providing deep technical expertise to implement, operate, support and maintain our operational IT infrastructure. This role is accountable for the delivery of support and issue resolution, as well as liaising with other IT Teams and third-party providers to resolve issues.
• Maintaining and ensuring high availability of enterprise-wide virtualization systems e.g. vSphere, Hyper-V
• Administering, configuring, and supporting enterprise shared business systems including storage, backups, monitoring, identity management, messaging, etc.
