IT Systems Analyst

Reporting to the Manager of Store Technology, the skilled and experienced IT Systems Analyst will focus on Pharmacy Retail Systems and IT infrastructure. The role involves developing, documenting, and deploying new IT solutions to improve pharmacy retail operations, requiring expertise in pharmacy retail systems, IT infrastructure, and bridging technology and business needs.

Principal Responsibilities

• Solution Development: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify, design, and develop innovative IT solutions that address the specific needs of our pharmacy retail systems.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for all IT solutions, including system architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.
