The Role

Business Analyst – IT Systems Analyst (Data Interchange) is responsible for assembling, analyzing, and representing business requirements for the Data Interchange needs of Clarios, LLC. You act as a trusted partner to the business community — understanding current processes and designing innovative solutions that improve business efficiency. You gather requirements, design IT solutions, write specifications, train end users on process and system functionality, and validate and test new functionality, all while following a formal SDLC methodology in a SOX‑compliant environment.
