IT systems Administrator

Join a well-established, family-run business (38+ years) in the combustion/heating industry as their first dedicated IT hire! You'll partner with an external MSP and CTO to run day-to-day IT, then help bring key functions in-house over time.

What You'll Do:

• Own identity & collaboration (Microsoft 365 / Entra ID) – provisioning, MFA, access controls


• Administer Windows endpoints (patching, compliance, encryption)


• Support networking (firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPN) and telephony (call flows, IVR)


• Coordinate SaaS tools and vendor/ISP relationships


• Build and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and documentation


• Liaise daily with the MSP on tickets and incidents

About You:

• 3–5 years as a Systems Administrator or similar


• Strong Microsoft 365/Entra ID, Windows endpoint, and networking fundamentals (DNS/DHCP/VPN)
