IT System Production Engineer

Description: This role is the System Production Engineer – it is a global support team role with tier 3 level support responsibilities for the Systems Production team within Collins Aerospace. The role consists of solution design, build and support operations based on ITIL practices and ISO processes for the customers. A successful candidate will possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, hands‑on experience with various systems and technologies, and a passion for ensuring the optimal performance and resilience of network and server systems.
