IT System Engineer (W)

Applies to a 2‑year contract located in Ang Mo Kio with a salary up to $6,500 and standard office hours.

• Report to the Team Lead/Service Delivery Manager and fulfil SLA and KPI in accordance with the maintenance contractual agreement.
• Assist Team Lead/Service Delivery Manager to deliver contract obligations within budget.
• Operate and thrive in a dynamic work environment where you are required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with procurement and equipment vendors.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions/procedures.
• Carry out corrective maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions/procedures, involving fault troubleshooting, diagnosis & replacement of software/equipment/module/component at sites and/or workshop.
