The Opportunity:
The Canadian Resident Matching Service (CaRMS), located in downtown Ottawa, is seeking a proactive, hands-on IT Systems and Cloud Operations Analyst to support a hybrid IT environment spanning end-user support, infrastructure, cloud services, networking, and cybersecurity.
This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is eager to broaden technical exposure while taking ownership of systems and contributing to continuous improvement. The role blends user support with infrastructure and security operations in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time contract (1-year), hybrid position. The successful candidate must be based in Ottawa and available for occasional on-site work.
