Job Title: IT System Administrator (Contract)
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Bedok, Singapore
Work Hours: Mon – Fri (8:30am to 5:30pm)

• Administer Windows Server 2012 and above.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laptops/desktops with client OS Windows 7 and above.
• Handle basic network configuration activities – stack Cisco switches, configure network ports for VLANs, and troubleshoot client‑related network issues.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure hardware including servers, network equipment, UPS, etc.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute product installations, upgrades, patch installs, and hot‑fix installs.
• Create, manage, and maintain documentation related to the managed systems and operations.
• Housekeeping of servers, including using ROBOCOPY related tools.
• Support Office365 and Teams installation activities with complete documentation.
