IT Support Technician — Windows, 365 & Onsite

The Talent Room seeks an IT support technician to deliver first‑line technical assistance across hardware, software, and connectivity. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals while supporting Microsoft 365 apps and device setups.

You will manage user accounts, password resets, and access requests, logging all tickets and meeting SLAs. The role requires onsite visits to various sites and occasional escalations to senior IT staff as needed.
