The role – IT Support Technician.
On a day to day basis the individual will be primarily involved in the provision of 1st and 2nd line support to my clients customer base.
Key Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience within a service/help desk or similar environment providing 1st and 2nd line support.
- Hands on support experience of Microsoft Server 2012/16 and Windows 7/10.
- Maintenance and administration of VOIP technologies.
- Office 365 administration.
- Backup and replication software skills.
- Anti-virus, anti-malware and security related software management.
- Understanding or Role Based Access Control.
