The role – IT Support Technician.

On a day to day basis the individual will be primarily involved in the provision of 1st and 2nd line support to my clients customer base.

Key Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience within a service/help desk or similar environment providing 1st and 2nd line support.
  • Hands on support experience of Microsoft Server 2012/16 and Windows 7/10.
  • Maintenance and administration of VOIP technologies.
  • Office 365 administration.
  • Backup and replication software skills.
  • Anti-virus, anti-malware and security related software management.
  • Understanding or Role Based Access Control.
  • Hands on knowledge installing, managing and using remote access tools and software.
