IT Support Technician: Proactive Infrastructure & End-User Support

Amazon in Dubai is seeking an IT Support professional to join our on-site team. You will report to the IT Manager at your home site and collaborate with business units and remote support to implement and maintain infrastructure elements.

Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, asset management, liaising with vendors, maximizing system availability, and contributing to site projects. Some shifts and occasional changes in hours may be required.
