Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 technical support via ticketing system, phone, and remote sessions.
- Resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Resolve issues related to Intune device management and endpoint compliance.
- Resolve issues related to Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Resolve issues related to Unifi networking (gateways, switches, access points).
- Resolve basic networking (VLANs, VPNs, IP configuration).
- Resolve issues related to Active Directory.
- Resolve issues related to Virtualization (Hyper‑V or VMware).
- Resolve issues related to Google Workspace administration.
- Support collaboration tools such as Teams, Zoom, Slack.
