IT Support Technician I — PC & User Help Desk

Jabil in Chihuahua, Mexico, seeks an IT Helpdesk Technician to provide front-line support for PC, server, and software applications. You will load software, troubleshoot end user issues, manage user accounts (Active Directory) and assist with AV equipment, phone PBX, and basic networks.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, plus an A+ certification and strong customer service and communication skills.
