Serve as the technical support backbone for your organization by applying for the IT Support Technician role. This position focuses on hardware, software, and network issue resolution for both office and field teams.
You will be the first point of contact for technical support, offering Level 1 and Level 2 assistance in a fast-paced environment. Supporting IT systems maintenance and user training is critical. You will also manage user accounts, oversee equipment deployment, and help with onboarding/offboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage user accounts via Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Deploy and troubleshoot end-user devices and peripherals
• Install and support business applications like Microsoft 365
• Document and manage support requests through ITSM systems
