IT Support & Systems Administrator — Cloud & End-User Expert

SOFTGIC in Colombia is seeking an IT Support & Systems Administrator to provide comprehensive technical support for enterprise systems and cloud services. You will be responsible for ensuring reliable IT services, secure infrastructure, and an excellent user experience.

The ideal candidate should have experience in L1/L2 support, strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Azure. This role includes troubleshooting, managing support tickets, and administering user permissions.
