IT Support Specialist - Windows & M365 Helpdesk

Octdaily is looking for an IT Support Specialist based in Karachi Division, Pakistan, to serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests. You'll handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows devices and provide support for Microsoft 365 applications.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and strong problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Intune for device management and a basic understanding of mobile platforms are needed.
