Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Help Desk or IT Support experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Hands-on experience supporting:

Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 2016, and Microsoft 365

Microsoft Outlook in an Exchange/Microsoft 365 environment

Microsoft Intune (PC imaging and software deployment)

Active Directory user administration

Windows desktops/laptops, iPhone and Android devices, MDM

HP printers and Canon/Xerox multifunction devices

Help Desk/ITSM ticketing systems

Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex

Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and VoIP phone systems.
