Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, both remotely and on-site, diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage IT asset stock for Europe in line with request trends and coordinate with logistics to ship and retrieve assets in a timely manner.
- Maintain office equipment such as ZoomRooms and printers, and ensure office internet is fully operational without interruption.
- Manage and prioritise multiple support requests, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives, assisting in the support, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, network devices, and workstations.
