**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and respond quickly to incoming service requests and tickets
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals
- Assist in the administration of IT systems including user account setup, password resets, and access rights management
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows, macOS, Office 365, and other common enterprise tools
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure all equipment is up to date and compliant with security policies
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-tier support when necessary
- Document internal procedures and contribute to the knowledge base
- Collaborate with other IT team members on infrastructure projects and improvements
- Provide remote support for off-site or remote employees when needed
