The role combines user support, incident management and workstation administration in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, track and resolve incidents and service requests through Jira Cloud and Jira Service Management.
  • Provide onsite and remote support to end users.
  • Administer and maintain Active Directory and related policies.
  • Install, configure and deploy workstations and end‑user equipment.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Ensure proper categorization, prioritization and follow‑up of support activities.
