We are looking for an IT Support Specialist who provides end‑user computing support across Geotab’s offices and remote workforce, ensuring global IT standards are followed.
What you’ll do:
As an IT Support Specialist your key area of responsibility is to provide efficient end‑user computing support and manage workplace IT infrastructure.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Respond to and resolve Service Desk tickets while maintaining SLA compliance.
- Install, configure, move, and upgrade workstations (Windows, Mac, Linux, ChromeOS) and peripherals.
- Provide hardware/software troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Perform patch management, vulnerability remediation, and agent maintenance for workstations.
- Onboard and offboard employees, including preparing, shipping, and receiving IT equipment.
