Youll play a key role in delivering high-quality IT support, maintaining cloud environments, and ensuring that systems are secure, stable, and efficient. Alongside day-to-day support, youll gain exposure to cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity tools, and enterprise-grade technologies. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first- and second-line IT support to internal users (hardware, software, and cloud-based systems)
- Manage and support Azure Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Intune environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows Server and Linux systems
- Support and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and services
