As an integral part of the team, you will report to the End User Services Manager, working closely with IT Infrastructure and Lab IT. The role mandates 3+ years of hands-on desktop support experience, particularly with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications. Key duties include onboarding users, troubleshooting network and software issues, and ensuring detailed documentation of services provided.

• Deliver onsite support for lab and office users across platforms
