Responsibilities
- Setup new Users, modify access for existing users and offboard users as required
- Manage user accounts, permissions & access rights
- Maintain firewalls and security policies
- Manage all computers, laptops and equipment including sending and retrieving of the assets
- Act as Data Protection Officer in the Philippines
- Basic remote troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, network, connectivity & 3rd party applications
- Create documentation and self-service tips for troubleshooting – publish on SharePoint/Intranet
- Log in all support tickets and provide timely resolution based on agreed SLA’s
- Ensure compliance with IT security requirements and policies
