- Resolve technical issues for customers on SAP Learning, Training Shop & Certification Hub
- Communicate professionally with global customers via ticketing systems
- Handle and manage customer escalations effectively

- Perform root cause analysis for reported incidents
- Generate and deliver reports on learning usage and customer requests
