Assignment Description

For our client we are looking for an IT support consultant with experience with first and second line user support. IT Support is a part of End User Services (EUS), with the primary purpose to answer questions, resolve incidents and fulfill requests, 08-16 CET on workdays.

Key technologies are Google Workspace, Atlassian, MS EntraID, Intune, Slack, Ubiquiti.

The team is frequently exposed to matters relating to other Domains, and Departments, and is expected to manage them professionally, including to elevate or refer to other resources, individuals and teams.

Deliverables
