Key Responsibilities
- On‑Site Technical Support for users, addressing hardware and software issues.
- Field equipment deployment and maintenance.
- Site readiness and project support.
- Incident and service request management.
- Inventory and asset management.
- Security and compliance support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in field support or IT operations.
- Strong knowledge of desktop support, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Microsoft Windows OS, Office applications, and Microsoft 365 basics.
- Ability to travel frequently between sites.
