IT Support Associates are responsible for providing user‑facing support both in person and remotely, based on support tickets received and logged in the organization’s ticketing system. They also support engineering teams by setting up and troubleshooting equipment on the ground and provide technical support to all employees for software and hardware issues reported through the IT ticketing system or other channels. Additionally, they set up new equipment and assist engineering teams in maintaining on‑site equipment.
Essential Functions
- Handle basic and routine IT support tasks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Provide first level support for software and hardware.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Workforce, MIS, etc.
Job Qualifications
- 0 to 4 years of experience in a similar role providing technical support as IT Support.
