We are looking for an IT Support – Level 1 who is eager to play a key role in supporting the high‑performing teams at BIS.
About this role
In this role, you will provide internal technical assistance to our organization, resolve IT‑related issues, and collaborate with our team and external IT specialists to maintain the functionality of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, be highly productive and consistently follow through on tasks and projects in a timely manner.
This is an in‑person role based out of our Sherwood Park, AB office.
