**About the role**:**What You'll Do**- Assist clients in the installation, configuration and operation of virtual reality equipment and systems.
- Provide remote and occasionally on-site technical support to resolve incidents related to software, hardware and connectivity.
- Manage requests through Help Desk tools, ensuring an efficient and high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with the global support team to escalate issues when necessary.
