The role combines hands-on first-level troubleshooting with strong coordination skills - you'll be the first point of contact for users and the key link between our team and external software/hardware vendors. We also value working knowledge of AI tools to speed up troubleshooting, drafting, and day-to-day tasks. Clear communication, ownership, and consistent follow-up are at the heart of this job. Key Responsibilities Provide L1 (first-level) IT support to end users for hardware, software, network, email, and login issues.
