• Perform installations, configure, maintain, and repair all hardware/software technologies.
• Diagnose and provide technical support to employees on-site and remotely, adhering to SLA or timely response.
• Create and manage system permissions and user accounts.
• Conduct regular security tests and monitoring.
• Maintain accurate records of company hardware and software assets.
• Maintain networks and network file systems.
• Contribute to the improvement and enhancement of day‑to‑day processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with global IT teams on 2nd‑level or out‑of‑scope issues.
• Manage suppliers for repair, replacement, and maintenance of hardware, software, and technology services.
• May be assigned to specific projects that support the IT performance of the Mexican branch.
