- Diagnose and provide technical support to employees on-site and remotely, adhering to SLA or timely response.

- Maintain accurate records of company hardware and software assets.
- Maintain networks and network file systems.
- Contribute to the improvement and enhancement of day‑to‑day processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with global IT teams on 2nd‑level or out‑of‑scope issues.
- Manage suppliers for repair, replacement, and maintenance of hardware, software, and technology services.
- May be assigned to specific projects that support the IT performance of the Mexican branch.
